Why does it say "No access" when trying to WeSeeDo in Google Chrome?

If you use WeSeeDo you'll get the notifaction to accept the camera. if you reject this question by pressing 'block' the camera can't approach anymore and is it not possible to start a video call  anymore. By following the next steps you can accept your camera again.
  1. Press the lock icon in the left uper corner
    No acces to camera / microfoon

  2. Press ' allow' by the option camera
    Allow - camera
  3. Press ' allow' by the option microphone
    Allow - microphone
  4. Close this tab by pressing the close button in the right corner


  5. Press the button ' reload' which become available 
    Try again

  6. Now it's possible again to turn yourself to available or to start a video call, when you are a client this last stap not necessary for you
    Push again for available
Should the message still appear after the steps above, then a full restart of your device is required. A service of the operating system could be blocking access to your camera.
